Bessemer-led Luxury Presence raises $37M for AI ‘relationship engine,’ supercharging realtor pipelines

Real estate agents face a core issue: traditional CRMs demand tedious data entry and merely organise contacts, leaving vast networks untapped in a $1.5 trillion market with over four million professionals.

Luxury Presence counters this with Presence® CRM, the first AI relationship engine that ingests contacts, social media, website data, communication history, and third-party insights to predict market entrants and spot job changes or shifts in net worth before visible actions.

The $37M total raise, including a $22M Series C led by Bessemer Venture Partners with NextEquity, GSBackers, TPC, and Adam and Jade Mills, plus a $15M debt facility from JP Morgan, accelerates CRM launch and enhances the unified AI platform for marketing, insights, and client engagement.

Transforming agents’ spheres into proactive business engines

Malte Kramer, founder and CEO of Luxury Presence, started the company in 2016 out of a passion for crafting software that elevates personal brands and relationships, with a mission to deliver measurable growth.

Kramer tells TFN, “In 2016, I founded Luxury Presence to address a clear market gap I found working alongside top-producing agent Jade Mills in Beverly Hills shortly after college: real estate is a relationship-driven business, yet agents were relying on outdated technology that didn’t reflect how they actually worked. Jade’s ability to build trust and close complex deals was exceptional, but her digital presence didn’t match the calibre of her work. We realised the most immediate leverage point was the agent’s website, the digital front door to their brand and relationships.”

He adds, “We set out to build beautifully designed, agent-branded websites that elevated credibility, visibility, and trust online. As those websites became the digital homes for our clients’ businesses, we gained a deeper understanding of how relationships were formed, nurtured, and converted over time. That insight ultimately revealed our next opportunity: to build a unified, brand-first growth platform, anchored in our CRM, that strengthens relationships at scale. What began with websites has since evolved to serve more than 17,000 real estate businesses and 87,000 agents worldwide. “

Presence® CRM powers its edge with proprietary Presence® AI, processing 700 million annual interactions and 15 billion data points to auto-enrich profiles, track life events, predict deals, and draft personalised, on-brand texts, emails, or call prompts in a daily prioritised feed.

Key features include its “System of Action,” which provides agents with insights rather than requiring input, native integration across CRMs and social channels, and a luxury-agent focus on long-term, high-value nurturing.

Unlike BoomTown, MoxiWorks, and Agent Image, Luxury Presence is a dynamic system of action that brings together the consumer experience, relationship intelligence, marketing, and brand into a single AI-powered platform, reinforced by a proprietary data advantage that reveals opportunities agents would otherwise miss.

What’s next?

Presence® CRM launches in February 2026 and is included in all platform plans, with a waitlist at luxurypresence.com/crm. Luxury Presence is investing $37M in AI expansions for lead generation, global luxury market penetration, and platform unification.

Kramer concludes, “We will continue to build increasingly intelligent, agent-aware AI systems that sit at the core of how real estate professionals grow and operate. Over the next three to five years, we’re investing in deeper AI capabilities, expanding the data and intelligence layer that powers CRM predictions, and advancing the AI workflows that help agents identify and convert opportunities. This includes strengthening the platform’s ability to draft on-brand, personalised outreach in the agent’s own voice, ensuring every touchpoint reflects their unique style and market positioning.”
