San Francisco-based proactive agentic AI platform Quack has secured $7 million in a seed round led by Hanaco Ventures and Storytime Capital. Investors participating in this round include Fusion VC, Savyon Ventures, Seed IL, and private investors such as WalkMe CEO Dan Adika.

“The capital will go toward expanding our team, accelerating product development, and bringing our proactive AI platform to more SaaS companies worldwide,” says Nadav Kemper, CEO and Co-Founder of Quack to TFN.

Tackling the CX scale problem

For SaaS, B2B, B2C, and D2C companies, scaling customer support remains one of the biggest hurdles to growth. Traditional in-house support systems are expensive and slow to build, while most chatbot or flow builder tools are reactive and limited in handling complex or unexpected tickets.

This gap leaves many support centres outdated, agents overwhelmed, and customers frustrated.

“We saw an opportunity to build something different, a proactive, agentic AI platform that learns like a human agent and can actually prevent issues before they become tickets. Quack was born from that vision of turning support from a cost centre into a true growth engine, enabling companies to not only survive, but thrive,” explains Kemper.

Changing how customer support operates

Founded by Nadav Kemper (CEO) and Aviram Roisman (CTO), Quack is an AI platform designed for SaaS companies that changes how customer support operates.

“Our AI detects issues early, learns from every customer support interaction, and proactively prevents problems before they arise, mitigating churn rates. That means fewer overwhelmed support teams, happier customers, and far better retention at scale,” says Kemper.

The company’s platform allows customer experience teams to train, deploy, and manage multiple AI agents that deliver instant, contextual, human-grade support across every channel.

“This is crucial, as often companies waste precious time attempting to build their own tailored CS solution before they realise it’s simply not worth it. Quack allows companies to scale without customer support holding them back, and customer service agents to become product experts while the AI agents handle the rest,” he adds.

Trains like a human agent

Unlike traditional chatbots, Quack’s platform integrates directly with any CRM. The platform’s intuitive topic-by-topic training of its AI mirrors the process of training a human agent, building contextual knowledge tailored to the complexity of a SaaS company.

The platform also includes quality assurance measures for both human and AI interactions, which help ensure reliability and improve performance over time. Quack is the only proactive AI agent platform, claims Kemper.

“Instead of waiting for customers to open a ticket or churn before they even do so, our agents detect patterns and step in early – surfacing proactive support,” explains Kemper.

One-stop customer support shop

Currently, Quack plans to focus on three main areas:

First, they aim to expand their go-to-market strategy in the U.S. to offer proactive support to more SaaS companies.

Second, they plan to deepen their AI models to better address complex and nuanced customer issues.

Lastly, they will continue to build out our platform with advanced analytics, reporting, and voice-of-customer insights.

“Ultimately, we are creating an operating system for customer support – where human agents and AI agents work side by side to create a one-stop customer support shop for high-growth and SaaS companies,” he concludes.

“We are committed to partnering with companies who reimagine their industries in game-changing ways, and Quack’s product-led approach for proactive customer experience is exactly that,” said David Frankel, Partner at Hanaco Ventures. “Quack is unlocking companies’ capacity for hypergrowth by freeing them from dependence on limited and overwhelmed customer support infrastructure. Through their continued product development, they are redefining what it means to scale support and provide delightful experiences to customers, and we are excited to be part of their journey.”

“The best companies don’t just build products, they reset expectations for entire industries,” said Neil Grunberg, Co-Founder, Managing Partner at Storytime Capital. “At Storytime, we invest in companies shaping the future of work and technology that is redefining how support, collaboration, and service get done. The Quack team combines deep technical expertise with a clear vision for where customer experience needs to go, and we are proud to back them as they scale their platform and set a new standard for support.”
