Xavier Walthoff Borm

Xavier Walthoff-Borm is a policy advisor for start-ups and scale-ups at VLAIO, Flanders Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and holds a PhD in entrepreneurial finance. His work focuses on how finance, policy and entrepreneurial ecosystems can help ambitious companies scale, bridging insights from research, practice and public policy. He is also a guest professor at HOGENT University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
