Intch, initially launched as a professional networking platform, has transformed into the first platform dedicated to connecting top professionals with businesses seeking part-time talent. Backed by a $1.2 million pre-seed round led by Altair Capital (which backed Yung Sidekick  and Immersive Fox) and supported by Deel, this shift focuses on enabling small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to access top-tier talent at a third of the traditional cost.

What challenge does it tackle?

As the remote workforce is projected to reach 22% by 2025, SMBs must adapt to stand out in a competitive market with 12.4 million job seekers in the US alone. Flexible work options are becoming a crucial differentiator. The HR tech market is responding to this demand, with recruitment expected to represent 24.2% of the industry in 2024 and the US market projected to grow at a CAGR of 6.4% through 2034.

Founded by Yakov Filippenko in 2021 in the US, Intch’s AI-driven, network-based recruitment solution positions SMBs to attract and retain flexible talent, helping them thrive in today’s dynamic workforce environment.

AI-driven talent matching

Powered by AI, Intch simplifies the talent-matching process, helping SMBs quickly find part-time professionals. Its direct communication features streamline project discussions, making the recruitment process more efficient and effective.

With a growing user base of over 500,000 professionals across 140+ countries, Intch is well-equipped to connect businesses with diverse, skilled specialists. This pivot aligns with a job market where 20% of the workforce now engages in remote or flexible roles.

“SMBs often struggle to attract top talent as they compete with larger companies and rising full-time salaries,” said Yakov Filippenko, Founder and CEO of Intch. “Intch addresses this challenge by connecting businesses with part-time specialists—ideal for mid-term projects—at a fraction of the cost. These professionals, 66% of whom cite finding work as their biggest hurdle, are overlooked on most platforms that focus on one-time gigs or full-time roles.”
