  • Endeavor Catalyst closed an oversubscribed $320M Fund V, lifting AUM above $850M.
  • Europe is its fastest-growing market: 12 deals in H1 2026, against 14 in all of 2025.
  • Catalyst co-invests, so Fund V’s reach depends on other investors’ lead rounds.

Endeavor Catalyst has closed its oversubscribed $320 million Fund V, taking the venture platform’s assets under management above $850 million. It is the largest fund the platform has raised.

The fund invests exclusively in companies led by Endeavor Entrepreneurs and typically co-invests alongside leading venture capital and growth investors. Europe is now its fastest-growing market.

“We are doubling down on Europe with Fund V to help ensure European founders have access to the capital they need to build the next generation of global companies,” said Pete Benedetto, head of Europe for Endeavor Catalyst.

Europe’s deal pace has overtaken 2025 in six months

Catalyst has made more than 90 investments across 10 European markets, and 20 companies in its regional portfolio have reached valuations of at least $1 billion.

It invested in 12 companies selected through Endeavor’s European offices in the first half of 2026. That compares with 14 across all of 2025 and seven in 2024.

European portfolio companies also raised $3.3 billion in rounds Catalyst joined across 2025 and H1 2026, more than companies backed by the fund in any other region, including Latin America. The European portfolio spans Bulgaria, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Turkey, and Ukraine.

Fund V investments include EnduroSat, the Bulgarian space-tech company founded by Raycho Raychev, which secured $104 million in funding in 2025 from investors including Riot Ventures, Google Ventures, Lux Capital, the European Innovation Council Fund and Shrug Capital.

HappyRobot, founded by Spanish entrepreneurs Pablo Palafox, Javier Palafox and Luis Paarup, is another Fund V investment. The AI workforce startup raised $150 million in Series C in August 2026, led by Prysm Capital and Eurazeo, taking its valuation to $1.2 billion and total funding to around $200 million.

They join an established European portfolio that includes Bending Spoons, which recently secured more than €500 million in debt financing to accelerate its acquisition strategy,  ElevenLabs, which raised $500 million in Series D at an $11 billion valuation in February 2026 before doubling its valuation to $22 billion through a $300 million employee tender,  ICEYE, which raised €450 million in Series F at a valuation above €10 billion in June 2026,  and Fever, reinforcing Catalyst’s exposure to some of Europe’s fastest-scaling technology companies.

London as the bridge for founders going global

Endeavor’s Global Hub in London, launched in 2024, now includes more than 90 Endeavor Entrepreneurs and 100 companies.

“London attracts founders who have already started building somewhere else and need a platform to take it global. They arrive with traction and the resilience of building where there was no playbook, and here they find the later-stage capital, talent and partners to scale,” said Constanza Castro Feijóo, managing director of Endeavor’s Global Hub in London.

Overall, Catalyst has backed 437 companies across 44 markets, including 83 valued at $1 billion or more and 39 exits. Latin America remains its largest region by funds raised by portfolio companies, but Europe is closing the gap faster than any other market.

With Europe accounting for its fastest investment growth and producing the strongest fundraising momentum among its regional portfolios, Fund V signals a deeper commitment to finding founders outside the traditional startup capitals and helping them turn European traction into global scale.
