Kleio, an Enterprise Conversational AI startup, has secured seed funding to accelerate its AI-driven platform for streamlining complex sales processes, enhancing customer engagement, and improving conversion rates.

Kleio, a rising innovator in Enterprise Conversational AI, has raised €3M in seed funding to accelerate the adoption of its AI-driven platform. The round, led by Serena and Daphni, will fuel Kleio’s mission to redefine how enterprises engage with customers—particularly in industries where sales processes are complex and require a high-touch approach.

For companies in sectors like real estate, automotive, energy, financial services, and travel, the customer journey is often lengthy and intricate. Kleio’s AI-powered platform simplifies this experience by streamlining interactions, automating lead qualification, and improving conversion rates. Early adopters, including Showroomprivé, Havas Voyages, and Effy, are already seeing significant results, with Havas Voyages reporting a 200% increase in web leads in just three months.

Conversational AI expertise at the helm of Kleio

Founded in early 2024, Kleio is led by AI veterans Philippe Wellens, Adrien Mathieu, and Louis Poirier, who bring over 30 years of combined experience across AI product development, sales, and technology. The founding team previously held key positions at C3 AI in both Europe and the US, shaping AI-driven enterprise solutions at a global scale.

Their expertise has been instrumental in designing Kleio’s next-generation Conversational AI, which moves beyond traditional chatbot models. Unlike generic AI tools that repurpose legacy chat systems, Kleio’s technology is purpose-built to handle the nuances of complex sales conversations.

These investors bring deep sector expertise and a track record of scaling enterprise software companies, reinforcing confidence in Kleio’s potential to reshape Conversational AI for businesses.

Scaling AI capabilities and global expansion in 2025

With fresh funding in hand, Kleio plans to expand its AI capabilities by increasing the number and specialisation of its AI agents, enhancing platform integrations with enterprise systems, and training benchmark-leading AI models tailored for sales-driven industries.
