Swedish HRtech company AlexisHR has raised €1.8 million in seed funding. The investment round was led by Spintop Ventures alongside participation from previous investor Alliance Ventures (which backed Globus.ai)
The funding will fuel further expansion and positioning of AlexisHR in the Nordics and Europe to simplify daily HR operations with the vision to become employees’ most loved people platform.
“I’m delighted with the trust that our existing and new investors have shown us. The market is growing, and Alexis will expand its features to simplify people operations even more. Now we will help companies save time and support better decisions as we shape the future of HR”, said Nima Samimi, founder and CEO of AlexisHR.
Peter Carlsson, partner at Spintop and a new member of the Alexis board, commented: “The Spintop team has followed Alexis for some time and is pleased to partner with the team on the journey to transform HR. Showing impressive key metrics and sustainable growth while solving major pain points makes us want to be part of the journey to change the way organizations approach their people administration.”
Anders Hallin, partner at Alliance Ventures commented: “We believe that the most successful companies of our time will be the ones that solve real problems, and Alexis is the perfect example. Showing impressive numbers, Nima and the amazing team will continue to develop the platform and help even more companies in Europe.”
All-in-one HR platform
A majority of Europe’s SMBs use spreadsheets and other tools that are not optimised for people processes to handle HR data. Managing multiple separate tools and systems requires manual work to keep data updated in several places, which can quickly turn into a hassle.
To resolve this, AlexisHR was founded in 2019 by Nima Samimi. It has built an all-in-one HR platform that puts the employees first and simplifies people operations for everyone in the business. It lets users manage all data in an easy-to-use platform that lets employees and managers efficiently manage their people processes via integrations such as Slack and Teams.
The cloud-based people platform reinvents HR with an intuitive all-in-one solution and simplifies the processes. It automates the payment and other people processes in just a second. The platform instantly updates the team, and the payroll system and follows up with the employee. Currently, AlexisHR has nearly 30 employees globally and is growing rapidly.
With these automated processes, the HRtech startup saves countless hours by automating repetitive tasks and connecting the Core HR needs in one place.
