Fyxer.ai, an AI-powered productivity companion designed for everyday professionals, has closed a $30 million Series B funding round led by Madrona, with participation from Lakestar Capital and investors including Salesforce founder Marc Benioff.

The funding comes as the company has grown from $1 million to $17 million in annual recurring revenue in less than eight months, moving forward with its vision to make AI-driven administrative support accessible beyond executive offices.

Founders, mission, and market opportunity

The startup was founded by brothers Richard and Archie Hollingsworth, together with CTO Matt Ffrench. The Hollingsworths bring experience from running a virtual executive assistant business that generated $5 million in revenue.

This background gave them a firsthand look at the challenges faced by professionals overwhelmed with emails, meetings, and scheduling: the very inefficiencies Fyxer aims to solve. Their mission targets the broad majority of knowledge workers who spend more than a quarter of their time on these tedious tasks.

The platform integrates seamlessly with familiar tools like Gmail, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams, providing smart email drafting, meeting summaries, and task follow-ups. All these features are designed to lighten the administrative load without requiring users to learn new systems.

What’s so special about Fyxer?

Unlike competitors like Superhuman, Outlook Copilot, HeyHelp, Shortwave, and Gmelius, which often ask users to adopt new platforms or tackle complex setups, Fyxer’s appeal lies in its simplicity and seamless integration. It utilises a proprietary dataset comprising over 500,000 hours of executive assistant workflows, enabling its AI to deliver contextually aware assistance that adapts to the real needs of users.

Fyxer’s growing client list includes enterprises such as Knight Frank and eXp Realty, where adoption rates and user retention exceed industry standards. Beyond email and calendar tasks, the company offers advanced inbox automation, prioritising messages by urgency and sender, while its calendar tools intelligently suggest reschedules to avoid conflicts. The product is built with privacy and security in mind, holding certifications such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2.

Looking ahead, the startup plans to double its US workforce and accelerate upgrades that include richer organisational memory, voice transcription, and deeper integrations with CRMs.
