The property management industry is weighed down by outdated, manual systems reliant on spreadsheets and fragmented software, leading to inefficiencies and rising costs. Landlords and property managers face mounting pressures due to increased service charges and high tenant demands.

Lette AI offers a solution with its agentic AI operating system that automates the entire leasing workflow, handling tenant onboarding, renewals, communications, and maintenance requests. This cuts administrative work by up to 90%, doubling productivity and improving net operating income (NOI) for landlords.

Founded in March 2025 in Dublin, Lette AI just secured $1.4 million in pre-seed funding led by Pitchdrive, with participation from Baseline Venture, Lugus Capital, and angels including Mark Ransford and Conor Sheridan of Nory AI

Automating high-volume property workflows end to end

The company was founded by Mohan Sai and Jakub Rajek, whose experience as founding members at the AI-driven restaurant platform Nory, to replace sluggish, paper-based processes with a unified AI platform. This system connects ground teams, residents, and investors, making property management smoother, more personalized, and portfolios more successful.

Lette AI differentiates itself from competitors like AppFolio, Yardi Voyager, Entrata, RealPage, Buildium, and DoorLoop by being purpose-built to unify AI automation across leasing, renewals, tenant communications, maintenance, and reporting.

Its platform leverages natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and cloud computing to save property teams over 100 hours monthly, transforming property management from a clerical task into a strategic operation.

What’s next?

Looking ahead, Lette AI aims to grow from managing 5,000 properties to 25,000 by March 2026, targeting $1.1 million in annual recurring revenue. It plans to scale its product engineering team and further develop autonomous AI agents that enhance leasing, operations, and resident engagement, while expanding into key markets like the UK and UAE.
