Israeli VC firm TLV Partners launches $250M Fund V, reaches $1B assets under management

Israeli VC firm TLV Partners has reached a milestone of $1 billion in assets under management (AUM) alongside the launch of its $250 million Fund V. The VC firm is dedicated towards nurturing early-stage startups founded by outstanding Israeli entrepreneurs in the developer tools, AI, cybersecurity, fintech, biotech, and other sectors. 

TLV Partners eyes making nearly 25 seed and Series A investments with its Fund V. The initial contributions will range between $4 to $8 million and it will also back subsequent rounds investing up to $20 million per company.

Notable investments by TLV Partners

Led by Eitan Bek, Rona Segev, Shahar Tzafrir, and Adi Yarel Toledano, the investment team at TLV Partners has invested in 60 companies, making it one of Israel’s most active venture capital firms. Below are some of its notable investments: 

Mesh Payments: The New York-based fintech has raised $60 million in Series C funding. 

GoodOnes: San Francisco-based startup that uses AI and human intelligence to help curate good photos secured $3.5 million in seed funding

CodiumAI: This startup, a Tel Aviv-based code integrity solution provider, secured $11 million in seed funding.

Rookout: A Tel-Aviv-based developer-first observability platform netted a $16M Series B funding round.

The portfolio of TLV Partners also includes some of Israel’s standout companies, including Aqua Security, Next Insurance, Aidoc, Run:ai, Silverfort, Quantum Machines, Unit, Immunai, Deepcure, Buildots, Zencity, Firebolt, and many others.
