Belgian startup Introw scoops $3M to transform partner sales with AI platform

Many companies that rely on B2B partner sales struggle to manage these relationships effectively. Traditional methods often involve manual processes such as spreadsheets and disconnected software systems, resulting in lost sales opportunities and disengaged partners.

Introw, a Belgian startup founded in 2023, tackles this challenge by offering a partner relationship management platform that integrates directly with a company’s CRM. Their system speeds up the launch of partner portals and uses automation to keep partners updated through popular communication tools like Slack and email, removing the need for partners to log in to a separate system.

Today, Introw raised $3 million in a funding round led by Visionaries Club, with continued backing from PitchDrive. The company had earlier raised €1 million from PitchDrive and angel investors, including Pieterjan Bouten (former Showpad CEO) and Ewout Meyns (former HubSpot executive).

Since its launch in 2023, Introw has quickly gained traction, powering tens of thousands of partner interactions for over 100 companies worldwide, helping them generate millions in new business opportunities.

From a local idea to global growth

Introw was co-founded by Andreas Geamanu (CEO), Laurens Lavaert (CTO), and Simon Van Den Hende (Head of AI). The founders identified a gap in how companies manage indirect sales channels, recognising the inefficiency and delays caused by outdated partner management tools.

Geamanu told TFN, “Partners don’t want to log into yet another portal. That’s why we reimagined partner collaboration to let them work right where they already are. Everyone is juggling enough tools as it is. We are not just another one. We are natively embedded in the tools they use every day.”

He added, “Our customers can build partner experiences without writing a single line of code, putting real power in the hands of partnership managers. Our AI agent takes care of the rest. It answers support questions, coaches partners on how to sell, and automates every step of the partner workflow directly in the CRM.”

The core strength of Introw lies in its CRM-first design, which creates a tight integration with systems like HubSpot and Salesforce to maintain a single source of truth for sales data. The platform delivers personalised, branded portals that companies can establish with minimal setup time.

Automated workflows support partner onboarding, deal registrations, even without requiring partner logins, and commission tracking, all synchronised in real time with CRM data. Introw facilitates off-portal collaboration via Slack and email, reducing the friction traditionally associated with partner management.

The inclusion of AI-driven features enables custom content delivery, ongoing partner engagement, and 24/7 support via virtual agents, distinguishing Introw from Channel Mechanics PRM, Magentrix, PartnerProp, Channext, and newer AI-powered platforms like Journeybee.

What’s next?

In just two years, Introw has grown from a small four-person team to 15 employees, with revenue quadrupling in 2025 alone. The fresh $3 million funding round supports expanded sales and marketing initiatives, as well as continued product innovation focused on enhancing AI capabilities and broadening integration options.
