Your.Rentals, a Copenhagen-based short-term rental management platform has closed an investment from Trind Ventures, which is known for investing in Webel and Mjuk. Combined with the Seedrs raise, the total growth finance raised by Your.Rentals this year accounts for €2.7 million.
Your.Rentals plans to use the investments to scale its go-to-market and accelerate product development to better serve both short-term rental owners and property managers.

Your.Rentals, founded by Andrew Martyn in 2016, offers new financial solutions for short-term rental owners and property managers. The company simplifies the process of managing short-term rentals, providing owners and property managers with increased visibility, control, and revenue. With a global presence and a dedicated team, Your.Rentals is redefining the short-term rental industry.
The company launched two initiatives earlier this year. Firstly, it lets owners and property managers have the opportunity to receive Advanced Payouts as soon as their bookings become non-refundable. The second initiative lets eligible owners or property managers can apply for revenue-backed loans through Your.Rentals.

Your.Rentals plans to unveil a new mobile application available for iOS and Android. As per the company, the mobile app will enable seamless management of bookings and guest communications while on the move. The app will simplify renting for its customers.
Besides this, it has added new channel partners such as Plum Guide and Check24 to its Channel Manager. These strategic partnerships cement Your.Rentals’ position as a leader in the industry, enabling its customers to reach more guests and secure more bookings.
