US fintech Capchase secures $80M to expand its tech platform for founders looking for funding

US-based fintech Capchase offers non-dilutive capital for recurring-revenue businesses operating in the US and Europe. The company just announced that it has raised $80 million in a Series B investment round led by 01 Advisors. 

Other investors, including QED, Caffeinated Capital, Bling Capital, ScifiVC, Thomvest Ventures, Tusk Venture Partners, Invesco and Gaingels also participated in the round.

Expansion spree

Over the last 18 months, Capchase has expanded to 10 markets, including seven European countries, and has increased company headcount to over 100 employees.

The additional funding comes year after its rapid growth and product expansion. So far in 2022, Capchase has expanded to the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, Sweden and Denmark, and launched its new European headquarters in London. 

Since it was founded in May 2020, the New York-based fintech has worked with nearly 3,000 companies across the world, making over $2 billion in funding available to founders and extending runways by over 5,000 months. Europe now represents 25% of its business.
