The popularity of short-form videos has skyrocketed, with YouTube boasting 15B short-form video views and TikTok surpassing 1.8B users daily. To provide interesting content for different audiences at the same time, marketing, product, sales, and learning and development teams are under pressure.
By leveraging generative AI capabilities, Israeli tech GlossAi which lets enterprises quickly generate multi-audience content at scale by leveraging AI-driven video generation capabilities, has raised an $8M seed round led by Tel Aviv-based VC firm New Era Capital Partners. Guidestar Ventures, 97212 Ventures, MindCET Ventures, Ginossar Ventures, Maccabee Ventures, Rafi Gidron, Zipris Family, Barak Goldstein, and others participated.
The Tel Aviv-based startup will use the funds to grow its global presence and create increasingly powerful AI capabilities for its platform.
The money will also be used to support GlossAi’s over 30 employees as they broaden their worldwide reach, create new AI-driven features and products, and accelerate revenue generation. Video AI promises to assist businesses in connecting with audiences who were previously out of their grasp as AI usage becomes more widespread.
“We’re allowing organisations to be omnipresent, generating targeted content at scale with fewer resources,” said Ofer Familier, Co-Founder and CEO at GlossAi. “Our customers are seeing a 30-40% uptick in engagement with up to 70-80% cost reduction. Based on the creative ways our enterprise customers are using our technology, we see webinars with their own trailers, podcasts promoted on TikTok, eBooks created from classes, and more.”
Founded in 2021 by Ofer Familier, Eyal Koren and Adi Paz, GlossAi uses billions of data points to assess hundreds of factors, including language, tone, tempo, facial expressions, and audience involvement, to create material that is human-like in almost real-time.
This implies that using GlossAi’s cutting-edge platform, a single webinar, podcast, training lecture, and more may be automatically spliced and divided into smaller storified bits. allowing teams to quickly create shareable short-form video, eBook, blog post, carousel image, and other material from existing content that is specially packaged for the target medium.
