While there is a boom in generative AI like OpenAI’s ChatGPT with Microsoft investing in it and Google coming up with a rival soon, and ElevenLabs securing $2M to imitate human voices, Supernormal, a transformative generative AI platform creates intelligent meeting notes built on OpenAI and state-of-the-art language models has got a new generative AI note-taking platform to talk about.

The generative AI note-taking platform has raised $10 million in seed funding led by Balderton Capital, a London VC that invests in early-stage, technology and internet startups in Europe, and also recently backed Levity and Latana. Also participating were previous investors EQT Ventures, Acequia Capital, and byFounders. This brings the total funding raised by the company to $12 million.
The funding will be used to further the mission of Supernormal in delivering end-to-end workflow solutions based on foundational meeting data and develop next-generation tools that deliver unparalleled insights and actionable outcomes from conversations across organisations. Transcribes meetings with OpenAI
Supernormal was founded by former design lead at GitHub and Splice, Fabian Perez and former product manager at Meta and Klarna, Colin Treseler in 2022. The Stockholm- and New York-headquartered startup is building an entirely new class of foundational data through AI-powered meeting notes.
