NetMind, an AI solutions company that advances the field of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), has announced £2 million investment in TG0, a London-based developer of AI-powered human-machine interfaces. This investment was finalised in Q4 of 2023 and is in line with their strategic partnership. In addition, the latter will be seeking a new round of investment later this year.
Funds utilisation
With this financial injection, TG0 will be able to rapidly scale its tech and product development with products such as smart pressure sensing insoles, and prosthetics. This investment catalyses its ability to harness its patented technology to create touch-sensitive, pressure-responsive materials.
The partnership
By collaborating with NetMind, TG0 will see the expedited development of AI-embedded products that are fully customisable and capable of adapting to users’ needs in real-time. NetMind will see its AI solutions offered on the TG0 platform. Both firms’ research and product teams will work together on co-developing AI solutions and combining their resources to advance AI research.
This partnership will bring NetMind and TG0 together with the top research minds from King’s College London and Imperial College London. These two institutions will be integrating their research with TG0’s embedded machine learning expertise and NetMind’s FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Arrays) technology with the joint aim of pushing the boundaries of what’s currently possible in AI.
