Keensight Capital, a French private equity manager dedicated to European Growth Buyout investments, has closed a whopping €2.8 billion in funds. The oversubscribed round saw strong support from existing LPs and new investors from Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.
This globally diverse LP base generated 90% of subscriptions from institutional investors, such as asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, banks and sovereign wealth funds and 10% from former portfolio company CEOs and family offices.
In addition to investing in leading European technology and healthcare companies, Keensight Capital will continue to pursue its consistent and successful investment strategy. This highly differentiated investment strategy positions the fund as a partner to passionate entrepreneurs of companies benefiting from profitable growth, and generating revenues between €10 million and €400 million.
