Lanch, a Berlin, Germany-based food delivery software startup, raised €6.5 million in funding. The round was led by Felix Capital, HV Capital, and angels such as German footballer Mario Götze and André Schürrle.
The company intends to use the funds to bring its software tools to the public and expand its operations and business reach.
Virtual kitchen and food delivery
Founded by Dominic Kluge, Jonas Meynert, Kevin Kock, and Nono Konopka in 2022, Launch is a Berlin startup that provides a virtual kitchen and food delivery service. It provides a software platform, which features tools to connect food brands with popular creators in order to make food delivery fun.
Its influencer-paired food brands include “Happy Slice”, a pizza brand created along with German YouTubers Knossi and Trymacs. This brand has sold over 30,000 pizzas in its launch weekend.
Now, Launch is gearing up a partnership with a German musician called Luciano dubbed “Loco Chicken.”
