Glow Labs, a blockchain-powered loyalty rewards software platform, announced that it has raised $4.15M in a Seed round led by Harlem Capital.

Other investors, including Forerunner Ventures, Female Founders Fund, Red Beard Ventures, and Human Ventures, participated.

The roster of investors includes Brandon Bryant, Kirsten Green, Anu Duggal, Drew Austin, and Heather Hartnett. To date, Glow Labs has raised $4.4M in funding.

The latest capital will enable Glow Labs to accelerate hiring, marketing effort, and new software development.

“The inspiration for Glow Labs stemmed from personal experience trying to reward NFT purchasers, and the realization that there was a huge unanswered gap for creators looking to encourage repeat purchases and offer their communities rewards,” says Glow Labs co-founders and co-CEOs Annie Reardon and Renee Russo.

They add, “We’ve built a seamless solution that allows creators, marketplaces, and more to build community, rewarding customers for loyalty and support both on-chain and off-chain.”

Reward program powered by blockchain

Founded by JPMorgan Chase & Co. engineers Annie Reardon and Renee Russo in 2021, Glow Labs provides web3 companies with a no-code solution to reward their community for purchases of tokenomics, custom NFTs, and utility.

Glow Labs says its platform is the easiest way to implement a loyalty rewards program into a business’ current infrastructure on the blockchain.

The company’s software operates like a rewards card for customers in the metaverse. It can be seamlessly integrated by a brand, creator, or marketplace with its branding – no code necessary says the company.

Investor

Based out of New York, Harlem Capital is an early-stage venture firm that invests in seed-stage tech-enabled startups focused on minority, and women founders.

“Today, you can make a variety of purchases of certain goods on the blockchain like NFTs, but until Glow Labs, no white label programs existed for brands to seamlessly reward loyal customers,” says Brandon Bryant, Partner & Co-founder of Harlem Capital. “Glow Labs is experiencing a period of rapid growth and this funding will propel the brand to the next stage of its evolution.”
