French IT fleet management company Fleet has welcomed a growth investor, ISAI Expansion, valuing the company at €100 million. This marks the first time Fleet has opened its capital.
Founded in 2019, Fleet had grown entirely without external funding until now. The new transaction allows early liquidity for founders Sevan Marian and Alexandre Berriche, as well as for employees, while keeping control largely independent.
The investment follows a similar structure to other recent ISAI growth deals and includes long-term support rather than a full exit.
Solving IT headaches for growing companies
Fleet was created to fix a common problem for small and mid-sized businesses: managing computers and IT equipment as teams grow. Instead of forcing companies to buy devices upfront, Fleet offered a leasing-based model that helped preserve cash and reduce operational stress.
Over time, the company evolved into a full IT operations platform. Today, Fleet supports businesses with 5 to 500 employees by covering hardware purchasing, daily device management, and cybersecurity in a single system.
It can deliver IT equipment to more than 120 countries, often within 48 hours, making it especially useful for companies hiring across borders.
Built with international teams in mind
Fleet now operates across Europe and the United States, with active deliveries and services spanning around 20 countries, including India, parts of Asia, and Africa. The company has also shifted toward a more structured sales approach, investing in people and processes to support faster expansion. That strategy paid off in 2025, when Fleet posted more than 90% year-on-year growth, while remaining profitable.
According to Marian, the company’s strength lies in execution rather than aggressive fundraising. Fleet developed a repeatable expansion playbook, enabling it to enter new markets efficiently and retain customers as it scales.
At present, Fleet employs 45 people across Paris and Barcelona and serves close to 2,000 customers, including fast-growing startups and international brands. Many clients expand their usage over time, adding more devices, software licenses, and security services.
