Hannah Leach

Hannah Leach, Partner at Antler, the world’s most active early-stage investor. Hannah runs Antler’s UK founder residency and is responsible for investing in a new generation of world-class UK founders. Hannah joined Antler from Houghton Street Ventures, an early-stage VC fund backing founders from the LSE alumni base. She is also the founder and Exec Chair of Reframe, a nonprofit that supports VCs and LPs with responsible investment practices. Hannah has more than a decade of experience across all parts of the tech ecosystem, helping startups launch and scale, corporates innovate, and funds raise.
