Tadaweb, the Luxembourg-based company behind an AI-powered OSINT platform, has raised $20M in fresh funding to accelerate global expansion and product development. The investment was co-led by cybersecurity-focused firms Arsenal Growth and Forgepoint Capital International, with continued support from existing investor Wendel. This latest round brings Tadaweb’s total funding to $40M.

The company’s platform, built on a novel “Small Data” approach, enables analysts and investigators to extract insights from publicly available information (PAI) in minutes instead of days. By focusing on human efficiency rather than automation alone, Tadaweb delivers a new operating system for open-source intelligence (OSINT), trusted by defence, national security, cyber threat, and corporate security organisations across Europe and the US.

AI-powered OSINT augmenting analysts, not replacing them

In today’s high-volume information environment, intelligence teams face a growing challenge: sifting through the flood of public data-from blogs and news articles to forums and satellite imagery-without losing critical insights in the noise. For law enforcement, cyber threat teams, and national security analysts, PAI and OSINT are indispensable tools, accounting for up to 90% of modern intelligence gathering.

Tadaweb’s answer is a precise, analyst-centric OS that augments human decision-making rather than replacing it. Its suite of tools integrates with third-party APIs and data sources to help analysts access the most valuable signals in the shortest time. This Small Data philosophy prioritises accuracy, speed and human control.

“Our mission is to make the world safer by empowering the human mind with the right information at the right time,” said Francois Gaspard, co-founder and CEO of Tadaweb. “Almost everyone is looking to AI for a solution. Our focus is on transparency, not delivering another black box. We embrace AI, while ensuring our solution keeps the human in control. True impact comes from putting humans in the centre.”

By applying this approach, Tadaweb helps organisations detect fraud, monitor supply chains, identify threats, and reduce financial losses-all while increasing analyst productivity across sectors.

Backed by global defence and cyber investors

The $20M funding round marks a new phase in Tadaweb’s growth. Arsenal Growth and Forgepoint Capital International bring deep sector expertise in national security, cybersecurity, and intelligence platforms. As part of the deal, Jason Rottenberg, General Partner at Arsenal Growth, and Damien Henault, Managing Director at Forgepoint Capital International, will join the company’s board.

“Tadaweb has built a genuinely human-centric Operating System that is solely focused on making analysts dramatically more productive,” said Rottenberg. “The company is uniquely positioned to accelerate its customers’ ability to harness the vast opportunities of OSINT, irrespective of their sector focus, with an ambitious team that is building an extraordinary company.”

Henault added, “Many players claim to help organisations with OSINT, but they offer a set of features, not a fully integrated end-to-end platform. Three things attracted us to Tadaweb… its Small Data approach combined with a unique low/no-code visual query engine, the way it prioritises the human analyst, not the data, and its hyper-focused management team committed to delivering value for its customers.”

Built in Europe, Ai-powered OSINT expanding globally

Founded in 2011 in Luxembourg, Tadaweb has grown into a trusted OSINT technology partner for governments and enterprise customers alike. With offices in Paris and London, it is expanding its reach across the EU and US markets while continuing to build a product grounded in transparency, ethics, and human empowerment.

The company will use the funding to grow its engineering and go-to-market teams, advance its product roadmap, and scale adoption of its PAI/OSINT Operating System across public safety, national security, cyber threat intelligence, and commercial risk.

As information becomes more abundant-and potentially more overwhelming-Tadaweb is betting that empowering analysts with precision tools, not drowning them in dashboards, will be the future of digital intelligence.
