To further develop its platform and expand its international customer base, PTTRNS secured €2 million in a seed funding round from ECFG, an independent fund manager that advises, guides, and invests in SMEs active in the business-to-business segment.

Digitalising fashion industry
Founded in 2019 by Marco van Herpen, PTTRNS focused on accelerating the digital personalisation of the fashion industry.
The company’s SaaS platform enables brands to generate photorealistic images based on design patterns in an early development stage.
Additionally, the digitalised images can be used to present to consumers directly, deploying the AI platform that understands consumer behaviour and desires.
The resulting “digital stylist” profoundly understands end-consumers on a personal level, providing advice to boost consumer confidence during the purchasing process.
Further, the solutions also provide better insight into customer needs, allowing fashion companies to refine their product offering and development.
