Coralogix, a full-stack AI-powered observability platform, has surpassed a $1B valuation following a $115M funding round announced today. The Boston-headquartered company also introduced olly, an AI agent designed to make system-wide observability insights accessible beyond engineering teams. This launch signals a broader transformation in how enterprises use telemetry data, shifting observability from a technical domain to a cross-functional decision-making asset.

For many organisations, understanding why a payment system failed or why customers abandon sign-in flows often requires navigating siloed tools or escalating to technical teams. Coralogix aims to change that. With olly, product managers, support teams and executives can pose natural language questions and receive clear, actionable insights-without needing to understand logs or code. This new layer of intelligence brings observability into day-to-day business conversations, unifying technical and commercial decision-making.

Observability platform for all with olly’s AI-driven interface

With olly, Coralogix redefines the role of observability in the age of AI. Previously viewed as a behind-the-scenes tool for engineers, observability is now being reimagined as a proactive assistant. The agent offers real-time answers to questions like “What’s causing app timeouts?” or “Which backend service is generating the most errors today?” using contextual analysis of live telemetry data-logs, metrics and traces.

“olly is more than just an observability tool; it’s an intelligent assistant that empowers employees to gain full access to all their data and make better decisions,” said Ariel Assaraf, CEO of Coralogix.

The company’s streaming-first architecture allows for instant data processing, enabling olly to cut down troubleshooting time and guide non-technical users through root cause analysis. Its conversational interface and guided recommendations give teams confidence to act quickly while retaining full control.

According to CTO and co-founder Yoni Farin, “AI is not just part of the future; we believe it’s the foundation of it. That’s why we’ve made a bold, foundational change to embed AI into the core of our platform.”

Fuelled by funding and strengthened by acquisitions

The $115M raise helps drive global rollout and commercialisation of olly, while supporting ongoing product development across the Coralogix platform. The round also cements the company’s unicorn status amid rising enterprise demand for scalable, AI-powered observability.

In parallel, Coralogix’s recent acquisition of Aporia-a specialist in AI observability and safety guardrails-has enhanced the platform’s capabilities in monitoring and managing AI model performance. The integration enables Coralogix to deliver full-stack observability, including dedicated tooling for GenAI projects. The company’s AI Centre evaluates generative models in production, ensuring accuracy and reducing operational risk.

General availability of olly is scheduled for early Q3 2025.

Technical roots and future-focused vision

Coralogix was co-founded by Ariel Assaraf, Yoni Farin and Guy Kroupp in Israel, with the aim of democratising access to real-time data insights. While Kroupp has since parted from the company, Assaraf brings a background in product management and innovation. Farin, a former military software engineer, has led development of the company’s core architecture. Together, they’ve grown Coralogix into a global observability platform provider with offices in the US, Israel and India.

The founding team’s deep engineering experience and vision for real-time analytics at scale has positioned Coralogix as a standout in the crowded observability landscape.

What sets Coralogix’s observability platform apart in a competitive market

As enterprises increasingly deploy AI and cloud-native apps, demand for intelligent observability platforms continues to rise. Key competitors include legacy APM providers and newer AI observability platform startups. However, Coralogix differentiates itself with its streaming-first architecture, usage-based pricing model, and now olly-a generative AI agent embedded directly into the observability workflow.

Unlike platforms that rely on post-processing or indexing, Coralogix ingests and analyses data in real time, delivering insights with lower latency and higher efficiency. Combined with olly’s intuitive interface and the platform’s broad monitoring capabilities-spanning logs, APM, SIEM, RUM, and infrastructure-the company offers a single solution for teams seeking full-stack visibility.

By turning observability into an enterprise-wide capability, Coralogix is changing how businesses think about data, decisions and collaboration. With fresh capital, new AI-native features, and continued global expansion, it is well placed to define the future of observability in the AI era.
