Enterprises struggle to move AI agents from pilot stages to full production due to complex workflows, regulatory requirements, and cultural hurdles. Most AI projects fail at deployment, not because of the models themselves but because of integration problems.

Wonderful pairs model-agnostic AI agents with local deployment teams that work directly inside client organisations. The company has grown from 350 to 900 employees in 30 countries.

Wonderful raised $150 million in Series B funding, led by Insight Partners and joined by Index Ventures, IVP, Bessemer, and Vine Ventures. This investment will help the company scale operations and develop its platform for global enterprise use.

Enable enterprise AI at scale through a combination of platform and human expertise.

Founded in 2025 by Bar Winkler and Roey Lalazar, both experienced entrepreneurs with successful enterprise software exits, Wonderful focuses on closing the deployment gap that causes many Fortune 500 AI projects to fail despite having advanced models.

The horizontal agentic platform is model-agnostic and benchmarks the best LLMs per use case. It features a self-healing architecture, harness-based evaluation, and continuous optimisation. 70% of customers expand into multiple workflows within 3 months.

This approach cuts go-live time from months to just days or weeks, delivering 60% faster handling times and over 80% containment rates in telecom, finance, healthcare, and manufacturing.

What sets Wonderful apart is its forward-deployed local teams working alongside a shared platform that builds lasting value.

Unlike model-focused companies like Adept, Cohere, or Agentic, or RPA providers such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere, Wonderful delivers production-ready agents in regulated environments and transfers ownership to clients.

What’s next?

The plan is to grow to 900 employees across Europe, the Middle East, APAC, and Latin America. Wonderful will expand its horizontal platform to support both customer-facing and internal workflows.

The company aims to pioneer next-generation application layers that transform enterprise operations. It will focus on traditional enterprises that lack AI operations expertise while encouraging self-sufficiency.
