Ever since ChatGPT burst onto the scene in late 2022, the discourse surrounding AI’s ever-evolving role in the workplace has ranged from blind panic to over-enthusiastic optimism.
There’s no disputing that Gen AI has the ability to completely transform the way we work, particularly within the tech sector, but the good news is that it’s not a zero-sum game: humans will be integral to the adoption of AI tools and for now, won’t be replaced by the bots entirely.
What this also means is that it’s wise to start upskilling in AI, whether you want to pivot to a career in AI or simply want to stay ahead of the curve as AI infiltrates our day-to-day lives.
